Trial Balances

Daily reports reflecting the detailed (9PK level) balances posted and maintained in SLICE, and used to view fixed income transactions by selecting any part of 9PK balance key at any level of SRH hierarchy, from Entity down to individual book, or by P&L book group.

The report is accessed through the GUI daily from Start of day as well as anytime during the day. The balances displayed are Life to Date (LTD), Daily Movement (DMOV), Month till Date (MTD), Year to Date (YTD) in transaction currency and YTD balances in local and base currency. The report also contains adjustments made and processed prior to running the report. The report allows drill-through from TB balances amounts to trades, journals, accounting events or positions. This drill-through is provided through the daily movement columns as well.

Additionally, historical Trial Balance reports can be generated for any given prior date, subject to data retention in SLICE.

You can use any selection criterion with either the SLICE standard format or any source format (Bloomberg or XTAS), or any other key static format like ISIN code.

SLICE allows the user to store and name the common selection criterion for ease of reporting.
